Terms of Sale Overview
We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our listings.
The successful high bidder will submit a 10% non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.
Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Winning bidder(If you are new to ebay and have zero feedback, need to contact us by phone(305)609-7522 or e.mail (hannahimportsusa@earthlink.net) 24 hour before the auction ends or we have a right to cancel your bid) agrees to purchase the car as is where is, and pay a $399.00 documentation fee(This fee covers all paperworks, cost of sale and advertising, title fees, nextday fedex for sending the title and delivery of the vehicle to local terminal for shipping as well as detailing the car). Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. for local Florida residents we do the title transfer and the registrations, for out of state buyers if the car is being shipped they will pay the sales tax and registration in their respective state, but if they are picking up the vehicle in person, we will issue the temporary tag and collect the appropriate tax rate(in any case they only pay the sales tax once).
